Deliveries to the UK

  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your orders.
  • Free delivery for orders above £100.
  • Dispatch takes 5 to 10 working days from the order date.
  • Personalized items may take longer depending on order volume. If your order is urgent, please email us at contact@soclem.com
  • Once dispatched, your parcel should arrive within 1 to 3 working days.
  • A tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

On-Site Collection

  • You may collect your order directly from our workshop (W129AQ).
  • We will notify you by email when your order is ready.
  • Collection is available Monday to Friday by appointment.
