- Delivery takes 5 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
- Delivery times are estimates only, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

- Personalized items are custom-made and cannot be returned or refunded.
- We recommend taking your time when selecting your item to ensure it meets your expectations.
Deliveries to the UK
- Orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your orders.
- Free delivery for orders above £100.
- Dispatch takes 5 to 10 working days from the order date.
- Personalized items may take longer depending on order volume. If your order is urgent, please email us at contact@soclem.com
- Once dispatched, your parcel should arrive within 1 to 3 working days.
- A tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
On-Site Collection
- You may collect your order directly from our workshop (W129AQ).
- We will notify you by email when your order is ready.
- Collection is available Monday to Friday by appointment.
